Rental period is for 24 hours unless otherwise planned.
A $50 minimum order is required.
A 50% refundable deposit is required to hold reservation and is due when the reservation is accepted. The deposit is refundable up to one week before event. No refund of deposit, if canceled within one week of event.
Final payment is due within 1 week of event.
Cleaning fee may be required if items are returned excessively dirty.
Delivery:
Delivery is curbside or driveway. Set up is available but must be arranged beforehand.
Delivery fee is calculated based on amount of order, size of items ordered and distance from Champlin. Delivery fee will be provided with quote before deposit is required.
The following provides a guide for Minimum orders:
$50 within 25 miles of Champlin
$100 within 50 miles of Champlin
$200 within 100 miles of Champlin
Damaged Items:
A replacement fee will be charged for any damaged items.
Set Up and Take Down:
Set up and Take down is available. Please indicate if you would like this and it will be added to quote.
Tent Set Up
We will set up your tent for an additional fee. Please indicate if you would like the tent to be set up.
The area must be clean.
Sprinklers need to be marked prior to setup. Snap party rental is not responsible for damage to sprinklers.
If installing on driveway or concrete, a weight package is required. Please indicate if you need this.
